Purification Principle
This series of purifiers uses the principle that hydrogen and oxygen react to generate water under the action of a catalyst to remove the impurity oxygen in the hydrogen, and then uses an adsorbent to adsorb and remove impurities such as H2O and CO2 in the hydrogen, thereby obtaining high-purity hydrogen.

Equipment Features

3) This purifier is of catalytic regeneration type and can be used for a long time through repeated regeneration after failure.
4) This machine has a double structure, one group is working and the other can be regenerated as standby, and the working and regeneration can be carried out at the same time, so it can continuously supply air for a long time, that is, one unit can replace two single-type purifiers.
5) JRH-4Q adopts touch screen, and pressure, temperature, etc. are detected online. The working and regeneration cycles of this system can be adjusted according to the actual usage of the user, which is beneficial to saving gas source.
6) JRH-4Q has an automatic switching function for working and regeneration, which does not require manual operation. Its performance is more stable and reliable, avoiding contamination to the system caused by users misoperation.
7) The equipment has built-in alarm systems for over-temperature, over-pressure, cylinder under-pressure, valve failure, etc. to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment.
8) When the system is working normally, if the mains power is suddenly cut off or the operator fails to shut down the machine normally, the equipment will automatically start the backup power supply and close all programs to ensure normal use of the equipment next time.
