Purification Principle

The purifier uses a catalyst to cause trace oxygen in the argon to react with carbon to generate carbon dioxide, thereby removing the impurity oxygen in the argon, and then uses a molecular sieve to adsorb and remove impurities such as H2O and CO2 in the argon to obtain high-purity argon for use in gas-using equipment.

Requirements for raw material argon

Generally, it is bottled pure argon, liquid argon, and well-controlled pipeline argon.

Impurity requirements: O2≤500PPm, H2O≤500PPm

Output pure gas

Purity: 99.9998%

Impurity content:

O2≤0.5PPm,

H2O≤1.5PPm (i.e. dew point≤-70℃),

CO+CO2≤0.1PPm,

The oxides of S and P are ≤0.1PPm.

The number of dust particles (≥0.3μm) is 3-5 per liter.

Equipment Features

1) The catalyst has high activity and low operating temperature. High-purity argon can be obtained by purifying bottled argon through this machine, which reduces costs for users.

2) Dual structure, one set is working while the other set is regenerating and standby, so it can provide continuous gas supply for a long time.

3) The regeneration process of the machines pure gas purge is adopted. No hydrogen is needed for regeneration, so no dedicated machine room is required, and the safety is good.

4) CN3000 adopts touch screen, and pressure, temperature, etc. are detected online. The working and regeneration cycles of this system can be adjusted according to the actual usage of the user, which is conducive to saving gas source.

5) CN3000 has an automatic switching function for operation and regeneration, which does not require manual operation. The performance is more stable and reliable, avoiding contamination of the system caused by user misoperation.

6) The equipment has built-in alarm systems for over-temperature, over-pressure, cylinder under-pressure, valve failure, etc. to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment.

7) The device adds a manual switching function.When the gas purity of the system in use is insufficient, but the switching time of the working tower has not yet arrived, you can click the manual switch button to switch to the standby tower, and the system can operate normally again.
