JRO-4Q Oxygen Purifier

JRO-4Q oxygen purifier is mainly used for supporting infrared carbon and sulfur analyzers and the production of semiconductors and optical fibers.

Purification Principle

This series of purifiers uses the principle that combustible impurities react with oxygen under the action of catalysts to generate water and carbon dioxide to remove combustible impurities in oxygen, and then uses adsorbents to adsorb and remove impurities such as H2O and CO2 in oxygen, thereby obtaining high-purity oxygen.

Purity: 99.9999%

JRO series oxygen purifier features

1)  The requirements for raw oxygen are not high, and the impurity hydrocarbon content is allowed to be as high as 500ppm. Therefore, users can choose cheap industrial oxygen as the gas source to meet the requirements;

2)  The catalyst of this purifier is highly active and the adsorbent capacity is large, so the cost of use is lower.

3)  This purifier is of catalytic regeneration type and can be used for a long time through repeated regeneration after failure.

4)  This machine has a double structure, one group is working and the other can be regenerated as standby, and the working and regeneration can be carried out at the same time, so it can continuously supply air for a long time, that is, one unit can replace two single-type purifiers.

5)  JRO-4Q adopts touch screen, and pressure, temperature, etc. are detected online. The working and regeneration cycles of this system can be adjusted according to the actual usage of the user, which is conducive to saving gas source.

6)  JRO-4Q has an automatic switching function for working and regeneration, which does not require manual operation. Its performance is more stable and reliable, avoiding contamination of the system caused by users misoperation.

7)  The equipment has built-in alarm systems for over-temperature, over-pressure, cylinder under-pressure, valve failure, etc. to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment.

8)  Added system heating protection device to avoid economic losses to customers caused by damage to thyristors, PLCs and other accessories

9)  When the system is working normally, if the mains power is suddenly cut off or the operator fails to shut down the machine normally, the equipment will automatically start the backup power supply and close all programs to ensure normal use of the equipment next time.,Truly realize full automatic intelligence
