Description:

Purification Principle

The purifier uses a catalyst to cause trace oxygen in the argon to react with carbon to generate carbon dioxide, thereby removing the impurity oxygen in the argon, and then uses a molecular sieve to adsorb and remove impurities such as H2O and CO2 in the argon, and then uses an alloy adsorbent to adsorb and remove the remaining inert impurities such as N2 in the argon to obtain high-purity argon.

Requirements for raw material argon

Generally, it is bottled pure argon, liquid argon, and well-controlled pipeline argon.

Impurity requirements: O2≤3000PPm, H2O≤1000PPm.

Output pure gas

Purity: 99.9999%

H2O≤0.2PPm (i.e. dew point≤85℃),

CO+CO2≤0.1PPm,

N2≤0.2PPm,

The oxides of S and P are ≤0.1PPm.

Equipment Features

4) JRA-4NQ adopts touch screen, and pressure, temperature, etc. are detected online. The working and regeneration cycles of this system can be adjusted according to the actual usage of the user, which is conducive to saving gas source.

5) JRA-4NQ has an automatic switching function for working and regeneration, which does not require manual operation. The performance is more stable and reliable, avoiding contamination of the system caused by users misoperation.

6) Added nitrogen removal function to ensure stable data when the direct reading spectrometer with nitrogen channel analyzes nitrogen, and designed a reasonable use of nitrogen removal device. If the customer analyzes nitrogen in sections, heating or not can be selected

7) The principle of graded purification is adopted to remove active impurities in argon gas, such as O2, H2O, CO2, etc. in advance, and then deeply purify it, which greatly extends the service life of the equipment.

8) The equipment has built-in alarm systems for over-temperature, over-pressure, cylinder under-pressure, valve failure, etc. to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment.

 

9) The device adds a manual switching function.When the gas purity of the system in use is insufficient, but the switching time of the working tower has not yet arrived, you can click the manual switch button to switch to the standby tower, and the system can operate normally again.

10) Added system heating protection device to avoid economic losses to customers caused by damage to thyristors, PLCs and other accessories
