Description:

JRHE-4NQ helium purifier is mainly used in production and scientific research in the electronics, atomic energy, spectral analysis and other industries, and is especially suitable for use with oxygen and nitrogen analyzers.

Purification Principle

This series of purifiers uses the principle of catalyst reacting with oxygen to generate metal oxides to remove impurity oxygen in rare gases, and then uses adsorbents to adsorb and remove impurities such as N2, H2O, CO2 in helium to obtain high-purity gas.

Equipment Features

1) The catalyst has high activity and low operating temperature. High-purity helium can be obtained by purifying bottled pure helium through this machine, which reduces costs for users.

2) Dual structure, one set is working while the other set is regenerating and standby, so it can provide continuous gas supply for a long time.

3) The regeneration process of the machines pure gas purge is adopted. No hydrogen is needed for regeneration, so no dedicated machine room is required, and the safety is good.

4) JRHE-4NQ adopts touch screen, and pressure, temperature, etc. are detected online. The working and regeneration cycles of this system can be adjusted according to the actual usage of the user, which is conducive to saving gas source.

5) JRHE-4NQ has an automatic switching function for working and regeneration, which does not require manual operation. The performance is more stable and reliable, avoiding contamination of the system caused by users misoperation.

6) Added nitrogen removal function, the data is more stable during analysis, and the nitrogen removal device is designed for reasonable use. If the customer analyzes nitrogen in sections, they can choose whether to heat it or not

7) The principle of graded purification is adopted to remove active impurities in helium gas, such as O2, H2O, CO2, etc. in advance, and then deeply purify it, which greatly extends the service life of the equipment.

8) The equipment has built-in alarm systems for over-temperature, over-pressure, cylinder under-pressure, valve failure, etc. to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment.

9)The device adds a manual switching function.When the gas purity of the system in use is insufficient, but the switching time of the working tower has not yet arrived, you can click the manual switch button to switch to the standby tower, and the system can operate normally again.

10) Added system heating protection device to avoid economic losses to customers caused by damage to accessories such as solid-state relays and PLCs
